My background combines coaching, therapeutic practice and behavioural change work, allowing me to support clients in a way that is both practical and psychologically informed.
Much of my work has been with business owners and individuals carrying significant personal and professional responsibility. I also bring personal experience of working across different sized businesses, including at senior and executive level. This gives me a grounded understanding of the pressures that leadership, responsibility and performance can place on emotional wellbeing, decision making and relationships.
Over the years I have worked with people facing a wide range of challenges, including stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, loss of confidence, overwork and unwanted coping behaviours.
My approach is thoughtful, tailored and focused on both the immediate issue and the deeper patterns beneath it.
